I have worked in the Cannatella lab since November 2007, assisting in both lab research and curatorial organizing. Previously, I worked in the field with PhD candidate Alison Hamilton at Louisiana State University, collecting skinks and geckos on the island of Vanuatu for a phylogeography-focused research project. I am applying to graduate school for Evolutionary Biology for fall 2009, where I plan to further elucidate the evolutionary history of squamates in Vanuatu. I graduated from Simon’s Rock College in 2005 with a B.A. in Ecology and Environmental Studies.
