Cat Darst


Cat defended her dissertation in March 2006, and took a position as a Presidential Fellow with the Bureau of Land Management, US Department of the Interior.

My dissertation research examines the evolutionary ecology of poison frogs. My work ranges from poison frog phylogenetic relationships to other frog groups, the inter-dependence of poison frog feeding ecology and defense, to the dynamics of a poison frog Batesian mimicry complex in Ecuador.
